David Camp (Chartered FCIPD)
David Camp is Chief Executive of allianceHR Ltd and the Association of Labour Providers Ltd and is the founder of our family of collaborative programmes, including Stronger Together, Fast Forward, Clearview, Responsibile Recruitment Toolkit and Complyer.
David started his career a “class of 86” graduate trainee for a FMCG company, working at various UK sites in HR and operational roles until 2002 when he left to form allianceHR.
Jerry Camp
Jerry has over 30 years experience with a number of the UK’s largest Food Retailers and over 10 years’ supporting labour providers to comply with the requirements of the Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA). Jerry personally delivers specialist pre-GLAA inspection consultation and guidance, workshop delivery, labour cost analysis and ethical management.
Hannah is an experienced ethical trade and responsible recruitment specialist with 11 years’ experience managing global human rights programmes. Hannah is a Managing Director at allianceHR, leading two of our flagship programmes – the Responsible Recruitment Toolkit and Fast Forward. Before joining allianceHR, Hannah held leadership ethical trade and sustainability roles at Morrisons Group, and The Co-operative Group.
